This portable bars can be a problem since in some States you can be charged with DUI if you drink and ride a bike. States like Washington and Ohio, applies DUI laws for a wide range of vehicles, from bicycles to golf carts. So don't be surprised if a police officer slap you with DUI if you're seen riding that portable bike bar.
